Job summary

UPG Australia, part of the Herga Group, is seeking a creative Marketing Specialist to drive campaigns across digital and traditional channels in Australia. You’ll work with the GM, sales, and product experts to translate priorities into engaging marketing activities that support growth.

This hands-on role covers content, social media, events, lead generation, and sales enablement, with access to Group Digital support for websites, SEO, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience across digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• A good eye for design and experience with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Photography, videography and video editing skills would be an advantage.
• Experience supporting lead generation and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans across digital and traditional channels.
• Create engaging content for email campaigns, social media and print materials in collaboration with product specialists.
• Support the sales team with lead generation initiatives, including capture, creation and editing of photo and video content.
• Manage e-commerce and website content in collaboration with the Group Digital team.
• Analyse campaign performance and market trends to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Coordinate the production of marketing collateral and ensure brand consistency.

About the role

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Specialist to drive marketing activity across the business. We also welcome applications from candidates based in Melbourne and Sydney for this role

This is a hands-on role covering campaigns, content, social media, photo and video content, events, lead generation and sales enablement. You'll work closely with the General Manager, sales team and product specialists to turn business priorities into marketing activity that generates engagement and supports growth.

You'll also work alongside our Group Digital specialists across websites, SEO, analytics and digital platforms, giving you access to specialist expertise while you focus on delivering great marketing.

What you'll be doing
