Job summary

UPG Australia is hiring a Marketing Specialist to drive campaigns, content, social media and events from our Melbourne base. You’ll partner with sales and product teams to turn priorities into tangible marketing activity that fuels growth.

You’ll also work with our Group Digital team on SEO, analytics and web initiatives to optimise results. The role covers multi-channel marketing, photo/video content, lead generation and sales enablement, with a focus on delivering practical, measurable

Qualifications

• Experience in a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience across digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• A good eye for design and experience with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Photography, videography and video editing skills would be a significant advantage.
• Experience supporting lead generation and sales initiatives.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
• Industry experience is advantageous, but we're more interested in strong marketing fundamentals, creativity, curiosity and the ability to quickly understand our customers and market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans across digital and traditional channels.
• Create engaging content for email campaigns, social media and print materials in collaboration with product specialists within the company.
• Support the sales team with lead generation initiatives, including Capture, create and edit photo and video content.
• Manage e-commerce and website content in collaboration with the Group Digital team.
• Analyse campaign performance and market trends to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Coordinate the production of marketing collateral and ensure brand consistency.
