• Basic Adobe Premiere Pro skills or willingness to learn.
• Experience creating or editing social content using Photoshop, Canva or similar platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing TikTok and Instagram strategies across our event brands.
• Plan, create and publish social media content that aligns with our brands and connects with our audiences.
• Edit engaging short-form video content for social media, including Reels and TikToks.
• Create and edit basic social media graphics using Photoshop, Canva or similar platforms.
• Assist with the development and design of event merchandise.
• Monitor social media performance and contribute ideas to improve reach, engagement and content performance.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Director.
• Assist with preparing budgets for upcoming events.
• Support event production coordination, including creating, distributing and executing events.

About the role

We're looking for a Marketing & Admin Coordinator to support our Director and Marketing Manager across marketing, content, event operations and day-to-day administration. This is a dynamic, hands‑on role that touches many areas of the business. One day you might be creating content for an upcoming festival, the next you could be coordinating ticketing, preparing an event brief or helping organise travel and logistics. It's an ideal role for someone who is highly organised, creative, proactive and excited to build a career within the music and events industry.
