Job summary

SEEK on the Gold Coast is seeking a dynamic social media lead to own and grow our channels, plan, film, edit and post daily short-form content that drives engagement and ticket sales, and be the face of the brand on camera with reels and short videos.

You will build ambassador, influencer and creator programs, recruit and brief creators, and develop social-first campaigns for events. You’ll collaborate with Events, Commercial and Marketing teams, ensuring content looks fresh, edgy and on-brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media content creation or creator management.
• Comfortable appearing on camera as the brand face.
• Experience building ambassador or creator programs.

• Build, launch and manage ambassador, influencer and creator programs
• Recruit, brief and manage ambassadors and creators to generate a steady flow of user-generated content
• Develop social-first campaigns for event launches and ticket sales
• Capture content at events, launches, festivals and promotional activations
• Use data, AI and emerging tools to improve content performance and reach
• Work closely with Events, Commercial and Marketing teams
• Work with designer to ensure all content and marketing collateral looks young, edgy and on-brand

About you

• Experience in social media, content creation or creator and influencer management
• Confident and comfortable being on camera as the face of a brand
• Experience building or managing ambassador, influencer or creator programs
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and youth culture and trends
• A strong eye for what looks young, edgy and on-brand
• Passion for youth brands, events and entertainment
• Strong communication, organisation and community-building skills
• Interest in AI, automation and content technology
