Moomoo in Sydney is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to implement retail activations, events, and social media campaigns across Sydney and Melbourne. You’ll coordinate vendors, prepare materials, and track campaign performance.

Working with marketing, retail and design teams, you’ll craft content for Xiaohongshu and Instagram, translate investment features into talking points, and help maintain weekly dashboards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years of marketing, event coordination, brand activation, or social media operations experience with offline campaign execution.
• Hands-on involvement in Xiaohongshu and/or Instagram brand or commercial accounts, including content drafting and scheduling.

Aufgaben

• Execute store activations, pop-up events, and offline brand experiences across Sydney and Melbourne.
• Coordinate event logistics, vendor management, and material preparation.
• Implement retail marketing SOPs for campaigns and in-store experiences.
• Track inventory and ensure POSM delivery to stores.
• Draft social content for retail investors and coordinate cross-channel messaging.
