Job summary

Moomoo Inc. in Sydney is hiring a Client Service Specialist to greet clients in our experiential store, help them get started, and guide them through our platform for a smooth investing experience.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, an interest in financial markets, and a passion for clear communication. English is essential; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus. Be ready for rotating shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in customer service, preferably financial advice or retail investment services
• Basic knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms
• People-focused: strong communicator (English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus)
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable with multitasking
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Tech-savvy and keen to learn new digital tools
• Customer-first problem solver

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist new clients with account opening and app navigation
• Answer basic queries and help clients feel confident using Moomoo's features
• Support marketing events and workshops
• Collaborate with the team to keep store operations on track and clients happy
• Assist with documentation and compliance, keeping client information safe
• Support sales efforts by following up on leads and aiding client acquisition
