• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Tech-savvy and keen to learn new digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Answer basic questions and help clients feel confident using Moomoo’s features.
• Support marketing events and workshops and participate in campaigns.
• Work with the team to keep store operations on track and clients happy.
• Help with documentation and compliance, keeping client information safe.
• Assist sales efforts by following up on leads and supporting client acquisition goals.

What You’ll Do

As our Client Service Specialist in Melbourne, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes clients into our experiential store—helping them get started, guiding them through our platform, and making sure their investing experience is smooth and enjoyable. Your Day-to-Day:

• Welcome and assist new clients with account opening and app navigation.
• Answer basic questions and help clients feel confident using Moomoo’s innovative features.

• Work with your team to keep store operations on track and clients happy.
• Help with documentation and compliance, always keeping client information safe.
