Job summary

Moomoo Australia and New Zealand is seeking a proactive Client Development Manager to join our Sydney office. This is a sales-focused role aimed at identifying, engaging and converting high-value investors while building strong relationships with existing clients.

You will own the full client lifecycle from outreach to closure, travel interstate as required, collaborate with marketing, product and trading teams, and contribute to assets growth and revenue through tailored engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in business/commerce/finance.
• At least 2+ years in sales, business development or client acquisition in financial services.
• Proven ability to build a sales pipeline and convert prospects.
• Strong sales mindset with persistence to initiate conversations and drive outcomes.
• Experience managing high-net-worth clients and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop high-value client opportunities and convert prospects into active clients.
• Build and manage a pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals and events.
• Engage clients to understand needs and expand assets and product adoption.
• Represent moomoo at events; travel interstate when required.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, product and trading teams; maintain CRM records.
