Moomoo Inc. in Sydney is hiring a Client Service Specialist to greet clients in our experiential store, help them get started, and guide them through our platform for a smooth investing experience.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, an interest in financial markets, and a passion for clear communication. English is essential; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus. Be ready for rotating shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in customer service, preferably financial advice or retail investment services
• Basic knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms
• People-focused: strong communicator (English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus)
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable with multitasking
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As our Client Service Specialist in Sydney, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes clients into our experiential store - helping them get started, guiding them through our platform, and making sure their investing experience is smooth and enjoyable. Your Day-to-Day:

• Welcome and assist new clients with account opening and app navigation.

• Answer basic queries and help clients feel confident using Moomoo's innovative features.
• Support marketing events and workshops - be part of the buzz around our newest campaigns.
• Work with your team to keep store operations on track and clients happy.
• Help with documentation and compliance, always keeping client information safe.
• Assist sales efforts by following up on leads and supporting client acquisition goals.

• 1-2 years' experience in customer service, preferbally financial advice, or retail investment services
