YHA Australia is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team at our Sydney Central office on a minimum 3-month contract with potential extension. The role sits in the heart of the action, coordinating briefs, admin, and project work across the business and external agencies.
You’ll manage briefs, budgets and suppliers, capture accurate briefs from meetings and keep all stakeholders aligned.

This is a minimum 3 month contract with possible extension to 6 months, working full time in our office at Sydney Central. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to keep the marketing teamrunning smoothly. This is a coordination and support role that puts you right in the middle of the action, working with people across the business in our marketing team and the broader business.
Working closely with the team, you’ll keep projects on track and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between a meeting, a brief and the people who need to act on it. You’ll sit in on meetings, capture briefs accurately, handle the admin behind the team’s projects, and support the marketing team in a number of different projects, and liaise with the external agencies we work with.
