YHA Australia is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a minimum 3-month contract, full-time in our Sydney Central office. This role keeps the marketing team running smoothly, coordinating and supporting across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing environment, ideally within hospitality, tourism or F&B sector
• Excellent organisation; can juggle multiple briefs, meetings and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail when capturing instructions and briefs accurately the first time
• Clear, confident communicator, in writing and in person
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to keep internal teams and external providers aligned
• Proactive, can-do approach and ability to move between admin, meetings and inquiries

Responsibilities

• Capture briefs from meetings and turn discussions into actionable briefs
• Coordinate day-to-day administration behind marketing activity
• Liaise with agencies, printers, photographers and contractors to keep projects on track
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and relay updates to the marketing team
• Field agency and internal queries on campaigns and promotions
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of briefs, approvals and status
• Organise meetings, workshops and events and prepare materials
