YHA Australia is seeking a Relief Shift Manager to support teams across our property network. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, supervising staff, and assisting the Assistant Manager and Property Manager with day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
You will promote a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment, manage check-ins/check-outs, and ensure high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction while adapting to a rotating 7-day roster.

As a Relief Shift Manager you are able to support teams across various properties. As a key team member within the Support office, you will support the smooth and efficient operation of the property while helping create positive and memorable experience for our guests.
In this hands-on leadership role working across our network. You will deliver exceptional guest service, support and supervise team members, assist the Assistant Manager and Property Manager with day-to-day operations, and help maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for both guests and team members.
This is a full time, salaried position for 6 month contract.
