Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support ANZ marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. You will help execute product launches, events, and campaigns while coordinating with partner programs and VIP events.

The role requires 3–5 years in marketing, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication skills to align with global teams and drive campaigns forward in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, events management or equivalent tertiary qualification.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience in corporate or agency environments.
  • Experience with events, tradeshows, GTM launches, activations, or customer programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in supporting ANZ Marketing strategy across the region through roadmaps, partner programs, regional tradeshows & VIP events.
  • Execute product launches and customer-centric programs & innovations across lifecycle.
  • Identify improvements for processes, content, and lead generation to align with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with agencies & vendors across programs.
  • Collaborate with global Marketing teams to produce marketing and sales collateral.

Position Summary

The role of the MarketingCoordinatorisresponsible forsupporting our ANZ business through the end-to-end production and execution of high-impact marketing programs across Australia and New Zealand. This includes drivingsales enablement programs, craftingsales-driven product launches and activations, customer engagementforums, as well as supporting two major annual tradeshows.This role will report to the Senior MarketingLead,ASIA/ANZ.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist insupportingand implementingour ANZ Marketing strategy across the region through key roadmap launches, partner programs, regional tradeshows& VIP events
  • Product launch execution through the complete lifecycle and operational delivery of customer-centric programs & innovation
  • Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Program management for keynetwork of supportingagencies & vendors
  • Build key stakeholder relations across our global Marketing teams (Creative/Social/Corp Comms/CSR) to collaborate withtheircross-functional departments,producing effectivemarketing and sales collateral
  • Design and implement successful marketing campaigns,activity reports, and metrics for program successthrough competitor analysis & historical data to identify opportunities
  • Support the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
  • Support theSenior Marketing Leadin establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, settingclear businessobjectives, organising presentations, and updating calendars
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provideforumsfor usage and promotion
  • Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
  • Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal tools and platforms
  • Build knowledge and education regularly with thewider sales team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Hands-on experience with events, tradeshows,GTMlaunches, activationsor customerprograms
  • Experience driving digital 360 marketing programs (Social/Digital/In-Person)
  • Creative & critical thinker, always bringing fresh,innovative ideas to the table
  • Partner or client-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills- Creative/Marketing Agency experience is welcome
  • Strongorganisational, time managementand project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Abilityto work with a diverse range ofinternal and externalregional/globalstakeholders,andtomanage multiple priorities
  • Solid computer& AIskills, includingfamiliarity withMicrosoft OfficeSuite, Canva, Adobe, and Claude.
Experience, Education and Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, EventsManagementor equivalent similar tertiary qualification.
  • 3-5years of relevant job experience inMarketing roles in a corporateor agencyenvironment (preferablyglobal or supporting global brand clients).
