Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our ANZ business across Australia and New Zealand, driving end-to-end marketing programs, product launches and activations, and planning two major annual tradeshows.

Collaborating with global marketing teams, you will develop campaigns, manage content and lead generation, enable sales, and provide analytics to measure program success, reporting to the Senior Marketing Lead, ASIA/ANZ.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Events Management or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience in corporate or agency environments.

Job description

Position Summary

The role of the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting our ANZ business through the end-to-end production and execution of high-impact marketing programs across Australia and New Zealand. This includes driving sales enablement programs, crafting sales-driven product launches and activations, customer engagement forums, as well as supporting two major annual tradeshows. This role will report to the Senior Marketing Lead, ASIA/ANZ.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in supporting and implementing our ANZ Marketing strategy across the region through key roadmap launches, partner programs, regional tradeshows & VIP events
  • Product launch execution through the complete lifecycle and operational delivery of customer-centric programs & innovation
  • Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Program management for key network of supporting agencies & vendors
  • Build key stakeholder relations across our global Marketing teams (Creative/Social/Corp Comms/CSR) to collaborate with their cross‑functional departments, producing effective marketing and sales collateral
  • Design and implement successful marketing campaigns, activity reports, and metrics for program success through competitor analysis & historical data to identify opportunities
  • Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
  • Support the Senior Marketing Lead in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting clear business objectives, organising presentations, and updating calendars
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide forums for usage and promotion
  • Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
  • Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal tools and platforms
  • Build knowledge and education regularly with the wider sales team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Hands‑on experience with events, tradeshows, GTM launches, activations or customer programs
  • Experience driving digital 360 marketing programs (Social/Digital/In‑Person)
  • Creative & critical thinker, always bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table
  • Partner or client‑facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Creative/Marketing Agency experience is welcome
  • Strong organisational, time management and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of internal and external regional/global stakeholders, and to manage multiple priorities
  • Solid computer & AI skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Adobe, and Claude.
Experience, Education and Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Events Management or equivalent similar tertiary qualification.
  • 3‑5 years of relevant job experience in Marketing roles in a corporate or agency environment (preferably global or supporting global brand clients).
