This 12-month fixed-term role is based in Barangaroo, Sydney, with a hybrid arrangement requiring 50% office attendance. Embedded within a transformation project team, you'll bring together brand, marketing, regulatory and service communications to create clear, timely and member-friendly experiences.
Clear communication is essential when members experience change. You'll translate complex information into practical, engaging content that helps people make informed decisions while supporting regulatory obligations and protecting trust in a member-owned bank.
You'll represent communications within the wider project environment, working closely with project managers, product teams, compliance specialists and project leadership. Your contribution will help ensure member communications are accurate, coordinated and delivered at the right time.
This is an opportunity to influence communications across a significant transformation while working at the intersection of brand, member experience, regulation and change.
You'll have autonomy to manage communications activity end to end, with visibility across a broad range of stakeholders and customer journeys. Tuesday is the project's core office day, with other office attendance shaped by workshops and project activity.
