You will translate complex information into clear, member-friendly content, ensuring regulatory obligations are met while protecting trust in a member-owned bank.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in communications, marketing, PR or related field.
• Experience across marketing communications or corporate affairs.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Strong copywriting and editing, brand/style adherence.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear member communications.
• Understanding of compliance, governance and regulatory deadlines.
• Autonomous work style with collaboration across teams.
• Sound judgement balancing accuracy, empathy and timelines.
