Job summary

HWLE Lawyers is seeking an experienced Marketing & BD Coordinator to join our national Marketing and Business Development team. You will support client proposals, tender submissions, and the creation of capability statements and marketing collateral.

In addition, you will maintain BD content, assist with projects that drive client growth, and help with external communications, website and LinkedIn updates, and the marketing helpdesk.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting marketing, business development, bids and tenders.
• Ability to prepare client proposals, tender responses, capability statements and marketing collateral with accuracy.
• Experience within a professional services environment; client service delivery and relationship management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messaging to audiences.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
