HWLE Lawyers is seeking an experienced Marketing & BD Coordinator to join our national Marketing and Business Development team in Brisbane. You will support client proposals, tenders and capability statements while helping to maintain BD content and drive client growth across the firm.

The role involves coordinating external communications, updating the firm’s website and LinkedIn content, and providing marketing helpdesk support, with opportunities to engage with senior stakeholders and lawyers

Formación

• Experience supporting marketing, business development, bids and tenders with a focus on client outcomes.
• Ability to prepare compelling client proposals, tender responses, capability statements and collateral with accuracy.
• Understanding of client service delivery and relationship management in a professional services environment.
• Proactive, eager to learn and able to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support client proposals and tender submissions and help prepare capability statements.
• Maintain marketing content and assist with projects that drive client growth.
