Job summary

HWLE Lawyers is seeking an experienced Marketing & BD Coordinator to join the national Marketing and Business Development team in Australia. You will support client proposals, tender submissions, and the preparation of capability statements and marketing collaterals while helping with content and project work across the firm.

You will also assist with external communications, and content updates on the website and LinkedIn, while engaging with senior stakeholders and lawyers across the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting marketing, business development, bids and tenders.
• Ability to prepare compelling client proposals, tender responses and marketing collateral.
• Experience in a professional services environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
