Job summary

HWLE Lawyers is seeking an Events Coordinator to support the National Events Manager and work with the marketing team and senior stakeholders. You will deliver high-quality events from bespoke experiences to large-scale gatherings, handling planning, coordination and on-site delivery.

We value three years of B2B events experience, strong budgeting and organizational skills, and comfort with diverse platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in B2B events.
• Experience in professional services events preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proactive.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to build trust and strong working relationships.
• Well-developed critical thinking.
• Proven experience managing multiple timelines and stakeholders.
• Experience managing event budgets.
• Experience delivering a high volume of events.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver events from concept to on-site execution and post-event reporting.
• Manage event timelines, checklists, briefs, invitations, run sheets, and workflows to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Prepare event budgets, and secure vendors from procurement through to contract.
• Liaise with venues and suppliers, including negotiating rates and managing event logistics.
• Lead on-day delivery to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Manage event communications and enquiries, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on expectations and deliverables.
