Job summary

HWLE Lawyers is seeking an Events Coordinator to join the Marketing team in Brisbane. You will support end‑to‑end event management, coordinate stakeholders and deliver high‑quality events from small bespoke experiences to large-scale conferences.

You’ll report to the National Events Manager, assist with budgets, vendor procurement and on‑site delivery, while collaborating with the marketing team and senior stakeholders to ensure exceptional event experiences and timely post‑event reporting.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in B2B or professional services events.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end events from concept to on‑site execution.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver events from concept through on‑site execution and post‑event reporting.
• Manage event timelines, checklists, briefs, invitations, run sheets and workflows.
• Prepare budgets and liaise with venues and suppliers, negotiating rates.
• Lead on‑the‑day delivery to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle event communications and stakeholder enquiries to keep expectations aligned.
