HWLE Lawyers is seeking an experienced Marketing & BD Coordinator to join our national Marketing and Business Development team. You will support client proposals, tender submissions, capability statements and marketing collateral, while maintaining content and assisting with various projects to drive client growth and engagement.

You will also help with external communications, website/LinkedIn updates, and support the marketing helpdesk, collaborating with lawyers and stakeholders across

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting marketing, business development, bids and tenders with focus on client outcomes.
• Ability to prepare proposals, tender responses, capability statements and collateral with accuracy.
• Experience in professional services environment and client relationship management.
• Eagerness to learn and willingness to ask questions and develop new skills with support.
• Strong relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and proactive, owning tasks and anticipating client/team needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
