Job summary

Finder is seeking a Marketing Analytics and Measurement Lead to own CLV modelling, shape the customer data platform, and lead the experimentation program. You will partner with marketing, product, engineering and data teams, presenting directly to the founders in a senior role within the marketing function.

You will drive measurement, tracking, and activation across GTM, GA4, and partner integrations, ensuring data-driven decisions across paid and organic channels.

Qualifications

• Proven customer lifetime value and cohort modelling experience, owned end to end.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing capability with analytics focus.
• Experience partnering with marketing, product, engineering and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Own CLV modelling and extend it from limited to operational.
• Build per-member CAC by source, flow and campaign.
• Report paid vs non-paid transaction mix monthly against targets.
• Demonstrate member value by product journey, not just first conversion.
• Coordinate tracking/tagging for marketing in GTM and with partners.
