Job summary

Finder is seeking a Marketing Analytics and Measurement Lead in Sydney to own customer lifetime value modelling, shape data platform strategy, and run our experimentation program. You will partner with marketing, product, engineering and data teams, and present directly to the founders.

This is the most senior technical role in marketing. You will design, implement and monitor measurement across paid and organic channels, ensure robust tagging, and translate complex models into actionable growth

Qualifications

• Proven customer lifetime value and cohort modelling experience.
• Strong SQL and warehouse experience, ideally BigQuery.
• Hands-on data analysis and statistical modelling.
• Ability to translate complex data into business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop CLV model from limited to trusted, actionable insights.
• Build per-member CAC by acquisition source and campaign.
• Report paid vs non-paid transaction mix monthly.
• Own tracking, tagging, and CDP activation with marketing teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and data teams.
• Present to founders with clear business narratives.
