Responsibilities

• Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to support sales plans
• Prioritize internal customer engagement with some external visits
• Develop complex value quotes reflecting customer needs and product strengths
• Follow up quotes to ensure understanding and alignment with needs
• Provide technical support during quotation process including sizing & selection
• Document customer interactions to inform business development
