DockPro is seeking a Marine Service Technician to install SeaPen and FloatBricks, perform routine maintenance, fault finding, and relocations, and deliver top-tier customer service across NSW. The role covers Terrey Hills and greater Sydney with interstate travel as needed.

We design and supply innovative dry docking solutions, SeaPen and FloatBricks, for recreational and commercial vessels up to 20 metres. With strong growth and expanding international opportunities, we're looking for a Service Technician to be the face of DockPro in NSW.
This is a full-time, Mon–Fri role based at Terrey Hills and covering greater Sydney, with occasional interstate travel for installs. You'll be DockPro's dedicated NSW technician. You'll run your own region day to day, with support from our Service Manager and sales team.
Install SeaPen and FloatBricks systems and other DockPro products
Carry out routine maintenance, servicing, fault finding and system relocations
Deliver a 5-star experience to every customer, on site and over the phone
Look after our Terrey Hills warehouse, including receiving stock, unloading containers and stocktakes
Visit marinas and boat dealers alongside our Sales Territory Manager
Current boat licence (essential); Coxswain Grade 3 NC highly desirable, or a willingness to obtain it
Forklift licence (essential)
Driver's licence and confidence reversing trailers
Good physical fitness and a confident swimmer
Experience with hand and power tools; hands‑on technical service experience is a plus
A self‑starter with strong planning and problem‑solving skills who is comfortable working independently
Great communication and customer service
Happy to fly interstate when needed
$80,000–$90,000 + super
