Whitsunday Ocean Services – Airlie Beach QLD is seeking a Service Administrator to join our small, friendly team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support day-to-day operations in our marine and aviation safety service centre, handling customer inquiries, bookings and documentation, and coordinating service jobs with technicians.

We value initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a close-knit team.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person, providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Record and process customer orders, service bookings and job documentation.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and other customer correspondence.
• Coordinate service jobs and liaise with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Prepare and issue service certificates, ensuring customer records and databases are maintained accurately.
• Manage purchasing requirements, including ordering stock, parts and supplies from local and international suppliers.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability and deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control and stocktakes.
• Maintain accurate customer information and service records to assist with future servicing requirements.
• Assist with general administration and other day-to-day business operations.
