Job summary

ATCO Structures & Logistics Pty Ltd in Hope Valley, WA seeks an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations. You will coordinate production, manage the Moving Line team and ensure materials flow efficiently to meet schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires proven supervisory experience, a Certificate IV in Building & Construction (highly regarded) and a forklift licence with hands-on operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate manufacturing employees and subcontractors to achieve production targets.

• Ensure materials are available at each production station to maintain efficient workflow.
• Coordinate buildings out and bases in to support production schedules.
• Ensure Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) are completed accurately and on time.
• Work closely with the Quality team to resolve defects, punch list items and quality concerns.
• Attend production meetings and review plans and specifications to confirm build requirements.
• Drive a strong safety culture while maintaining productivity, quality and operational performance.

ATCO Structures & Logistics, a division of the global ATCO group, has been delivering modular building solutions to clients across the construction, mining, government, education, oil and gas, healthcare and commercial sectors for more than 75 years.

Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team in Hope Valley, WA.

Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of manufacturing employees and subcontractors, ensuring production schedules are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate workflow across the factory, manage production activities, support quality outcomes and ensure buildings move efficiently through the manufacturing process. Working closely with multiple trade groups, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in maintaining productivity, safety and delivery performance.

We're looking for a proactive leader who can motivate teams, solve problems and keep production moving. This role is ideally suited to someone looking to further develop their leadership skills, with a clear pathway into more senior production and operational leadership positions within the business.

What You'll Be Doing
