Job summary

ATCO Structures and Logistics in Luscombe, QLD is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance team. You will manage supplier invoices, reconciliations and payments, delivering accurate service to internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires at least two years in high-volume AP, strong ERP experience (Oracle/SAP/JD Edwards), and robust communication, organization and teamwork. This role offers stable hours and long-term career security within a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable position.
• Experience using a large ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards or similar.
• Certificate IV in Business (desirable).
• Construction industry experience (highly regarded but not essential).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational, administrative and computer skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• A reliable and proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices and maintaining vendor accounts.
• Assisting with daily banking activities.
• Preparing weekly payment runs for approval.
• Reviewing manual entries prior to processing and payment.
• Investigating and resolving supplier invoice and reconciliation queries.
• Processing overseas supplier payments, including intercompany invoices.
• Verifying supplier references and contractor compliance.
• Assisting with internal and external audit requirements.

What You'll Be Doing
