Job summary

ATCO Structures & Logistics is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Luscombe Head Office finance team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will process supplier invoices, reconcile accounts and manage payments, delivering timely service to internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires at least two years in high-volume AP, experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP or JD Edwards), and strong organisation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable position.
• Experience using a large ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards or similar.
• Construction industry experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices and maintaining vendor accounts.
• Assisting with daily banking activities.
• Preparing weekly payment runs for approval.
• Reviewing manual entries prior to processing and payment.
• Investigating and resolving supplier invoice and reconciliation queries.
• Processing overseas supplier payments, including intercompany invoices.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Accounts Payable Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring supplier invoices, reconciliations and payments are processed accurately and on time while providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Processing supplier invoices and maintaining vendor accounts
• Assisting with daily banking activities
• Preparing weekly payment runs for approval
• Reviewing manual entries prior to processing and payment
• Investigating and resolving supplier invoice and reconciliation queries
• Processing overseas supplier payments, including intercompany invoices
• Verifying supplier references and contractor compliance
• Assisting with internal and external audit requirements

To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring:

• Minimum two years' experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable position
• Experience using a large ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards or similar
• Certificate IV in Business (desirable)
• Construction industry experience (highly regarded but not essential)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational, administrative and computer skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• A reliable and proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
