We're looking for an experienced Carpenter or Trade Professional ready to take the next step in their career.

This is an excellent opportunity to transition from being on the tools full-time into a hands‑on leadership role. You'll supervise installation and service works across South Australia, mentor subcontractors and trades, coordinate projects, and remain involved with smaller installations when required. It's the perfect role for someone wanting to build their leadership skills while still staying connected to the trade.

You'll also be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle, giving you the flexibility to travel between sites across South Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

Supervise modular building installations, relocations and service works across South Australia.

Act as ATCO's on-site representative, ensuring quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Complete smaller installation and maintenance works, including carpentry tasks such as fitting walls, doors and general building modifications.

Coordinate subcontractors and oversee larger installation projects.

Read and interpret plans and drawings.

Assist with project coordination, scheduling and basic cost control.

Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and subcontractors.

Support yard operations and branch activities when site work is not required.

Promote and maintain ATCO's high standards of safety and quality.

What You'll Bring

Trade qualification, ideally in Carpentry or a related building trade.

Cert IV in Building & Construction (highly regarded).

Previous experience leading site teams, installations or construction activities.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Comfortable remaining hands‑on and working on the tools when required.

Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

Current White Card and current driver's licence.

Working at Heights ticket and Forklift licence (desirable).
