Manufacturing Production Worker / Forklift Operator
Wetherill Park | $43.81-$58.05 per hour | Day, Afternoon & Night Shift | Ongoing Monday-Saturday
We are currently seeking experienced Manufacturing Production Workers / Forklift Operators to join a busy chemical manufacturing facility in Wetherill Park.
This is a hands-on and physically demanding role suited to candidates with previous manufacturing or production experience. Forklift experience is highly preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
You will be working as part of a team in a busy manufacturing environment, handling chemicals and raw materials and assisting across various production areas.
Duties
- Operate counterbalance forklifts
- Asisst with manning robots and heavy-duty machinery
- Move and handle chemicals and raw materials
- Work across LAMs, resins and fibre production areas
- Complete general plant and manufacturing duties
- Perform repetitive pushing, lifting and manual handling
- Repeatedly lift items weighing up to 20kg
- Supply production areas with materials as required
- Follow all site safety, quality and production procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production requirements

- $43.81-$58.05 per hour, depending on shift
- Day Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm
- Night Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am
- Ongoing Monday-Saturday work

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have previous manufacturing or production experience - required
- Hold a current LF Forklift Licence - preferred
- Have recent counterbalance forklift experience - preferred
- High-reach experience is advantageous
- Are comfortable working around chemicals and raw materials
- Are physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual handling
- Are safety conscious and committed to following procedures
- Have strong attendance and punctuality
- Can work well both independently and as part of a team
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Are flexible and available to work Monday to Saturday
- Currently reside in Sydney
- Have full Australian working rights
