Job summary

Adecco Australia Group is seeking multiple freight loaders and production operators for the Central Coast region. Responsibilities include loading/unloading freight, operating production lines, and using forklifts to move materials, with a 24/7 roster.

Applicants must hold a current LF forklift licence, have production or freight loading experience, and be able to travel to Central Coast sites. Good safety practices and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Forklift Licence (LF) – evidence required.
• Proven experience as Production Operator, Freight Loader or similar.
• Ability to work 24/7 rotating shift patterns (days, afternoons, nights, weekends).
• Reliable transport to Central Coast sites for all shifts.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow procedures.
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• If freight loading, solely focus on loading/unloading freight with some manual labour as needed.
• Operate production line machinery and equipment to meet daily output targets.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets safely and efficiently.
• Use forklifts (counterbalance and/or reach) to move raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform basic quality checks and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow WHS procedures, maintain a clean work area, and complete required documentation.
• Work collaboratively across shifts to keep production and dispatch running smoothly

I am working to fill multiple roles accross the Central Coast for Freight Loaders and manufacturing production workers with a valid forklift.

Shift times vary but need to be able to work 24/7 roster ideally.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Production Operator, Freight Loader or similar factory/warehouse role
• Ability to work 24/7 rotating shift patterns (days, afternoons, nights, weekends)
• Reliable transport to get to our Central Coast sites for all shifts
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow procedures
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude

Desirable (not essential):

• Experience in manufacturing, food, FMCG or logistics environments
• Additional tickets (e.g. Reach Forklift, Order Picker & Overhead Crane)
• Basic computer skills for production/warehouse systems
