Job summary

Workforce International – Wetherill Park NSW is seeking experienced Manufacturing Production Workers / Forklift Operators to join a busy chemical manufacturing facility in Wetherill Park. This hands-on role is physically demanding and forklift experience is highly preferred but not essential for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production is required.
• LF Forklift Licence is preferred but not essential.
• Recent counterbalance forklift experience is advantageous.
• High-reach forklift experience is beneficial.
• Comfortable working around chemicals and raw materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklifts.
• Assist with manning robots and heavy-duty machinery.
• Move and handle chemicals and raw materials.
• Work across lamination resins and fibre production areas.
• Complete general plant and manufacturing duties.
• Perform repetitive pushing, lifting and manual handling.
• Lift items weighing up to 20kg.
• Supply production areas with materials as required.
• Follow all site safety, quality and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production requirements.
