Job summary

Programmed is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for its Northmead production facility in Sydney. The role covers day and afternoon shifts with ongoing rostered work and immediate starts.

Pay is $33.85/hr for day shifts and $38.93/hr for afternoons, with a supportive team and modern site facilities. Responsibilities include loading/unloading linehaul freight, moving pallets, and maintaining safety and quality standards across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Twin tyne forklift experience is highly desirable; onsite training provided if required.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work either day or afternoon shift on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading linehaul and freight trucks containing between 26 and 40 pallets using a forklift
• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently within a fast-paced transport and warehouse environment
• Moving pallets and freight throughout the docks
• Loading outbound trucks accurately to meet operational deadlines
• Assisting with general warehouse and freight-handling activities as required
• Following all site safety procedures, operational requirements and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment

Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Day shift: $33.85

Afternoon shift: $38.93
