Job summary

Workforce Wetherill Park Labour Hire in Sydney is seeking experienced Manufacturing Production Workers / Forklift Operators for a busy chemical facility in Wetherill Park. You’ll handle chemicals and raw materials, operate forklifts, and support production teams across multiple areas.

Ideal candidates have prior manufacturing experience, are physically fit, safety‑conscious, and available Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience required.
• Forklift experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
• Counterbalance forklift experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklifts.
• Assist with manning robots and heavy-duty machinery.
• Move and handle chemicals and raw materials.
• Work across LAMs, resins and fibre production areas.
• Complete general plant and manufacturing duties.
• Perform repetitive pushing, lifting and manual handling.
