Job summary

CSL Behring Broadmeadows site is seeking two Operational Excellence Managers to accelerate its COS-driven productivity journey. You will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, embed continuous improvement in daily operations and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable business value.

One role focuses on deep expertise in production systems and structured problem-solving, while the other seeks an emerging leader with a strong continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, data science, business, economics or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, process management, project management, continuous improvement or Operational Excellence experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated involvement in continuous improvement initiatives with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and support teams to embed and advance the CSL Operating System.
• Develop and deliver Operational Excellence roadmaps aligned with site priorities and business needs.
• Lead or coach complex continuous improvement initiatives and structured problem-solving activities.
• Support Process Centric Teams, tiered meetings, visual management, Standard Work and Leader Standard Work.
• Facilitate workshops and coach teams in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Use value stream mapping and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Establish sustainable continuous improvement routines through Gemba walks and coaching.
• Use data and digital tools to visualise performance and support decision-making.
• Build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Deliver measurable value through improvements in safety, quality, productivity and operational performance.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the Broadmeadows site and CSL’s global network.
