Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking two Operational Excellence Managers for the Broadmeadows manufacturing site. You will champion the CSL Operating System, lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives, and partner with senior leaders to generate measurable business value across the site value stream.

Two complementary profiles are sought: an experienced continuous improvement expert and an emerging leader with a strong improvement mindset and learning agility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, data science, business, economics or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or operational excellence experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable value from continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and senior leadership communication skills.
• Experience coaching cross-functional teams through change.

Responsibilities

• Embed and advance the CSL Operating System across the site.
• Develop and deliver operational excellence roadmaps aligned to site priorities.
• Lead or coach complex continuous improvement initiatives and structured problem solving.
• Support Process Centric Teams, Leader Standard Work and visual management.
• Facilitate workshops in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and coach teams.
• Utilise data tools to visualise performance and identify trends for decision making.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and deliver measurable value.
