Job summary

CSL Behring Broadmeadows is seeking two Operational Excellence Managers to accelerate productivity improvements and embed COS methodologies in our Broadmeadows manufacturing site. You will partner with operations to deploy the CSL Operating System and drive measurable value through Lean, problem-solving, and structured improvements.

One role aims for a deep Lean Six Sigma capability; the other seeks an emerging leader with a strong continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, data science, business, economics or a related discipline.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, process management, project management, continuous improvement or Operational Excellence.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Embed and advance the CSL Operating System across the site.
• Develop and deliver Operational Excellence roadmaps aligned with site priorities and business needs.
• Lead or coach complex continuous improvement initiatives and structured problem-solving activities.
• Support Process Centric Teams, tiered meetings, visual management, Standard Work and Leader Standard Work.
• Facilitate workshops and coach Lean and Six Sigma practices.
• Use value stream mapping and analyse data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Establish sustainable continuous improvement routines through Gemba walks, process confirmation and layered coaching.
• Use data and digital tools to visualise performance and support decision-making.
• Build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Deliver measurable value through improvements in safety, quality, productivity and operational performance.
• Share knowledge and leading practices across the Broadmeadows site and CSL’s global Operational Excellence community.
