Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking two Operational Excellence Managers to join the Broadmeadows manufacturing site. You will embed the CSL Operating System, drive productivity improvements and lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives across the value stream.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing or Operational Excellence, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and Green Belt (Black Belt preferred) with strong stakeholder engagement and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, data science, business or related discipline.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, process management, project management, continuous improvement or Operational Excellence.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt minimum; Black Belt is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement initiatives with measurable value.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and senior leadership influence.
• Experience coaching cross-functional teams through change.

Responsibilities

• Embed and advance the CSL Operating System across the site.
• Develop and deliver Operational Excellence roadmaps aligned with site priorities.
• Lead or coach complex continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving.
• Support Process Centric Teams, visual management and Leader Standard Work.
• Facilitate Lean and Six Sigma workshops and coach teams.
• Use value stream mapping and data to identify opportunities.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and drive measurable value.
