Job summary
ALG is seeking a motivated Business Process Analyst to drive manufacturing and ERP optimization across our brand portfolio. The role focuses on analysing current processes, mapping workflows, and supporting ERP enhancements while engaging with sales, purchasing, warehousing, manufacturing and admin teams.
You will develop process documentation, assist with training and change adoption, and deliver practical business improvements through hands-on analysis and collaboration with stakeholders at
Qualifications
- Experience with Epicor ERP or similar ERP platform.
- Background in process analysis, business analysis or CI.
- Ability to map processes and document workflows.
- Experience gathering requirements and stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Visio).
Responsibilities
- Analyse existing processes, workflows and data flows across business functions.
- Develop process documentation and work instructions aligned to ERP processes.
- Create process maps and structured workflows for operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for improvements.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for ERP and operational enhancements.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support informed decisions.
- Deliver training materials and user training programs.
- Monitor actions and implementation activities across projects.
