Job summary

Beaumont Tiles in Adelaide is seeking a Business Analyst to drive business improvements through technology. Reporting to the Business Analyst Lead, you will define requirements, document processes, support ERP operations and deliver reporting solutions enabling better decisions.

You will gather requirements, map processes, run workshops with stakeholders, and help prioritise initiatives while improving operational efficiency across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification or at least five years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience gathering, documenting and validating business requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with reporting and data analysis tools.
• Collaborative and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across the business
• Map current and future state business processes
• Prepare functional specifications and support User Acceptance Testing
• Assist with prioritisation of business and technology initiatives
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencies
• Support ERP operations and coordinate with external support providers
• Assist with incident management, issue resolution and system enhancements
• Design and develop reporting and analytics solutions
• Document systems and processes to improve supportability
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
