Job summary

Next3pl is seeking an analytical ICT Business Analyst to bridge logistics business needs with IT capabilities. You will evaluate operations, gather software requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations to optimise WMS, ERP, and integrated logistics software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's in ICT or AI highly regarded).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or operational logistics analysis.
• Strong background in data interpretation, trend analysis, and creating complex SLA reports.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and solve complex operational problems.
• Proficiency with data tools, SQL, process mapping software, or logistics management systems.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Gather requirements, translate needs into functional specs, and analyse data to improve processes and system behaviour.
• High-Level Reporting & SLA Management: Develop and maintain performance reports and SLAs for system quality.
• Process Optimisation: Map as-is/to-be logistics workflows and identify bottlenecks.
• Systems & Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with managers, technical teams, and external stakeholders for integrations and onboarding.
• AI & Tech Integration Support: Evaluate tools and data platforms to enable automated reporting and decisions.
• Project Management: Develop project plans and manage cost, resources, and timelines.
