Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead process reengineering and solution design across the ERP finance module within a major ERP program. You’ll sit at the centre of finance operations, IT and the implementation team, shaping target-state processes, controls and system design.

The role focuses on extensive BA leadership in large-scale ERP or financial system implementations, with advanced knowledge of finance operations, end-of-day processing and reconciliation flows.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading business analysis and process reengineering on large-scale ERP or financial system implementations.
• Advanced knowledge of core financial operations, end-of-day processing and complex reconciliation flows.
• Strong analytical, consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
• Postgraduate qualifications in computing or a business discipline preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Leading process reengineering across finance, defining target-state processes, roles, controls and service outcomes
• Leading analysis and design of finance processes and solutions within the ERP finance module, including transactions, reconciliations, reporting and configuration
• Setting and governing standards for requirements, traceability, financial controls, compliance and data integrity through system build and integration
• Directing analysis of finance data, interfaces, batch scheduling, system logs and postings across the ERP and satellite systems
• Leading stakeholder engagement, solution validation, testing, cutover and operational readiness
