Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse admin, dispatch, or logistics role.
• Strong proficiency with SAP or a demonstrated WMS.
• Exposure to pallet management and reporting processes.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage dispatch window and assist transport and warehouse personnel.
• Deliver high-quality customer service via phone and email.
• Use SAP/WMS to track inventory, process orders, and manage data.
• Oversee pallet control and reconciliations as 2iC.
• Generate accurate operational and customer reports.
• Handle general office administration and document management.
