Job summary

Crown Resorts in Sydney is seeking a full-time Membership Specialist to guide guests through the membership application process, perform identity checks and ensure compliance with AML/CTF, KYC and privacy frameworks in a regulated environment. You will onboarding, maintain accurate records, and provide a welcoming guest experience while balancing compliance duties.

Mandarin or another language is valued; a rotating 24/7 roster is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work rotating rosters across a 24/7 operation.
• Experience in customer-facing onboarding or hotel/guest services.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in records and reporting.
• Ability to work in regulated environments where compliance is critical.
• Confident using multiple systems and software for data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team mindset.
• Mandarin or another second language is highly regarded.
• Must have full unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through membership onboarding and applications.
• Conduct identity verification and regulatory screening per policies.
