Job summary

Crown Resorts Limited is seeking a Membership Specialist to support onboarding of Crown Sydney members and deliver a customer-focused experience in a highly regulated environment.

You will guide guests through membership applications, perform identity checks, and maintain accurate records while complying with AML/CTF, KYC and privacy requirements. A front-line role with data integrity at its core.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as onboarding, registration, rewards and loyalty, front office, reservations, reception, banking, financial services or hotel operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record management, and reporting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate Casino Employee Licences, including probity and credit clearance.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the membership application process and conduct identity verification.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with AML/CTF, KYC and privacy requirements.
• Facilitate membership onboarding, including applications and screening processes.
• Balance exceptional guest service with regulatory obligations and data integrity.
