Job summary

This full-time role reports to the Head of Brokerage and focuses on identifying, developing and delivering sales targets through strategic client relationships and new business leads.

Responsibilities include hunting for new institutional business, maintaining client rapport, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to optimise service and revenues within company

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in CFD/FX brokerage or similar.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Able to source leads and institutional clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience designing and implementing business development strategy.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to build rapport with institutions.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proven negotiation ability.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business relationships including institutions, fund managers, and other referral opportunities.
• Build and maintain rapport with existing clients and identify further sales opportunities.
• Prepare periodic business reports.
• Manage online communications with clients through various social media channels.
• Liaise with internal team to deliver best service for clients.
