Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance or related majors required.
• Comfort with cold-calling and strong telephone & negotiation skills.
• Understanding of FX eCommerce trading system.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Representative in FX industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; capable under pressure to hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a must.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and introduce market promotions to customers via phone and network.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers for outstanding service.
• Promote client’s products and services, find and develop customers.
• Consolidate and relay customer problems; troubleshoot issues.
• Train customers to operate the company trading system.
