EBR Ever Better Recruitment in Sydney CBD is recruiting for an FX Sales Associate (Mandarin Speaking) to join a leading Australian forex broker. You will be mentored by experienced professionals in a flexible work environment and receive on-the-job trainings to expand your industry insight.

You will develop client leads, introduce new and VIP clients to the platform, and build lasting relationships while negotiating profitable deals and driving KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in economics, finance or related majors required.
• Mandarin fluency is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure to meet monthly targets.
• Experience with FX eCommerce trading systems.

Responsibilities

• Finding and developing potential client leads
• Introducing new clients and VIP customers to the platform
• Developing long-lasting relationships with clients
• Negotiating to create profitable accounts
• Engaging key stakeholders to close new deals and build client books
• Solving problems encountered by customers
• Being in charge of transaction decisions, opening and closing deals, running the deal to completion
